Over the past 9 years, we have invested significant time and resources into improving and reorganising our site to maximise space, unit sizes, storage options and make it a more welcoming environment. We now offer four different unit sizes, including a mix of indoor and outdoor storage, ensuring we have a solution to suit a wide range of needs.

Our units range from wooden storage boxes, similar to garden sheds, through to 20-foot containers suitable for larger household items, small cars, or motorbikes. In addition, we provide a dedicated area beside the main building for caravan, motorhome, and boat storage.

Extra Large Storage Containers

A 160 sq/ft storage container is about the size of one and a half garages which is large enough to store the contents of a two to three bedroom house or a decent sized office.

It is also possible to fit a car/motorbike or small boat inside these units.

We have internal and external options in the form of containers and storage rooms.

These units are safe, secure and water tight, although we would always advise items to be packaged correctly. Soft furnishings and furniture should be wrapped in plastic, mattresses with mattress covers, clothing vacuum packed or in sealed plastic bags and all other items either boxed in plastic or cardboard. We sell a number of these items in reception so please pop in and ask!

Access hours for internal units are 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

External units can be accessed 24/7 with the use of a key fob.

Large Storage Units

A 128 sq/ft storage container is the same size as a generous sized garage and you can comfortably pack your two bedroom house or a small office into this space.

Although these units are located inside we would still advise items to be packaged correctly – smaller items boxed in plastic/cardboard, furniture wrapped in plastic, mattresses in mattress bags and clothing/duvets etc in vacuum packed bags. Please visit reception if you require any of these items.

All our large units are located internally on our mezzanine floors so require the use of the lift or stairs to access.

Access hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

Medium Storage Units

Approx 84 sq/ft storage container at St Ives self storage can fit the contents of an average sized one bedroom house which is ideal if you are moving house, downsizing or perfect for small business storage needs.

We have both internal and external options depending on your access requirements.

Our internal units are rooms, most of which are located on the ground floor, but we do have some on our mezzanine floor which is accessed via the lift or flight of stairs. Access to internal units is 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

Our external units are 10ft shipping containers all of which can be accessed 24/7 with the use of a key fob which we rent for a minimal £10 each.

We always advise items to be packaged correctly – smaller items boxed in plastic/cardboard, furniture wrapped in plastic, mattresses in mattress bags and clothing/duvets etc in vacuum packed bags. Please visit reception if you require any of these items which can be added to you invoice.

Small Storage Units

A 35 sq/ft storage container is about half the size of an average garage, which is enough storage for the contents of a one bedroom flat, ideal for storing appliances whilst moving house or storing small office equipment.

We always advise items to be packaged correctly – smaller items boxed in plastic/cardboard, furniture wrapped in plastic, mattresses in mattress bags and clothing/duvets etc in vacuum packed bags. Please visit reception if you require any of these items which can be added to you invoice.

All these units are located inside the building so access is 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

There are 2 entry points which have trolleys located at both for you to use.

It is possible to drive your vehicle inside during bad weather to load/unload.

Vehicle Storage

All our vehicle storage is external and is easily accessible 24/7. All you need is a key fob for the main gate.

We offer storage for a range of vehicles, caravans and boats of varying sizes. As the majority of our vehicle storage is external, access is 24/7 with the use of a key fob. The parking area is graveled and spaces are clearly marked with plenty of room to maneuver. The area is covered by CCTV.
